Text Line Processing Workbench

Characters (code points): 0

Text blocks (whitespace-separated): 0

Lines: 0

Input and results are only processed in the current browser and will not be uploaded.
Instructions for use

Choose an operation, enter text, then click Convert to view, copy or download the result. Duplicate removal keeps the first occurrence's original text and order and is sensitive to case and whitespace. Blank-line removal deletes whitespace-only lines. Line numbering starts at 1. Only the selected operation runs each time.

Line endings in input and output are normalized to LF before counting. Characters are Unicode code points, including whitespace, not visual glyphs. Text blocks are separated by whitespace, not natural-language word segmentation. Empty text has 0 lines; a trailing newline adds an empty line, which also receives a line number.

Line endings are normalized to LF. Sorting follows UTF-16 code-unit order, not dictionary or natural numeric order. Case conversion uses default Unicode rules, not language-specific rules, and may change length. Trimming applies to each line. The original text is not overwritten automatically. Input is limited to 200000 UTF-16 code units.
